CRUSHER & SCREENING PLANT DIS-MANTLING & RE-ERCTION:
1 At SH-60, Pune Shirur Maharashtra in 2003, for Client M/s Ashoka Buildcon Ltd., Svedala make 200 TPH Crushing Plant Dismantling done at Pune & Re erection done at Shirur.
2 At NH-76 Udaipur Pindwada section Rajashthan in 2007 for Client Agrwal JV, Dimond make 100 TPH Jaw-Jaw Combination plant were dismantled from Rajkot & Re Erection done at Pindwada.
3 At Paras Munj barrage Balapur Akola, Maharashtra in 2007, for Client M/s Mahalakshmi Infraproject Ltd., Metso make 200 TPH Crushing Plant Dismantling done at Malegaon (Nh-3) & Re erection done at Balapur Akola.
4 At Tulzapur Usmanabad SH Maharashtra in 2010 for Client V.M.R. Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Dimond make 100 TPH Jaw-Jaw Combination plant were dismantled from Pune & Re Erection done at Tulzapur.
5 At Somathalli Dam Works Baramati, Maharashtra in 2010, for Client M/s Mahalakshmi Infraprojects Ltd., Metso make 200 TPH Crushing Plant Dismantling done at Balapur Akola & Re erection done at Baramati.
6 At Bhushan Steel Limited Angul Orissa & Manor Wada section Maharashtra in 2010 & 2011, for Client M/s Balajee Infratech & Construction Pvt. Ltd., Design, Fabrication & Erection did of Platform (3 Nos.) a substitute for Retaining Wall.
7 At Bhushan Steel Limited Angul Orissa & Manor Wada section Maharashtra in 2010 & 2011, for Client M/s Balajee Infratech & Construction Pvt. Ltd., Design, Fabrication & Erection did of Star Bin of Concrete Batching Plant of Schwing Stetor (Two Nos.)
8 At Nageshwari Dam Works Mahad Maharashtra in 2012, for Client M/s Mahalakshmi Infraprojects Ltd., Metso make 200 TPH Crushing Plant Dismantling done at Somanthali Project & Re Erection done at Mahad.
9 At Jamnagar (Gujarat) for the construction of Reliance Petroleum Ltd. Phase III,
Four nos. of Metso Crusher three & four stages, Erection & Commissioning work was done, plant erection started in May 2013 and all four plants commissioned.
10 At Talegaon Pune (Maharashtra) Puzzolana’ make three stage crushing & screening plant Erection done with major modification, manufacturing of conveyors etc, for Balajee Infratech & Construction Pvt. Ltd, which was installed for the NH-4 project of IRB Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
11 At Udaipur (Rajasthan) for the construction of Six lane from Shamlaji to Udaipur, Metso Crusher Five stage, Erection & Commissioning work was done, for our esteemed client Balajee Infratech & Construction Pvt. Ltd.
12 At Ulwe Hills Two nos. of Metso Crusher three stages, Erection & plants commissioned.
Current Project:
1 At Bhagpur Lift Irrigation Project, Jalgaon, Maharashtra from 2020 to till now, for our esteemed client M/s Mahalakshmi Infraproject Ltd, Puzzolana’ Metso & Propel (Customized) make 120 TPH Crushing Plant Five Stage Operation & Production is in progress. (Since 2020 to till date)
2 At Navi Mumbai International Project Conversion of Hydraulic Crawler Crusher of Metso make crusher to electrically operation has been done, Client is L & T B&F Division. As well now the complete crusher is running smoothly on electrical power.
3 At a package of NH-53 Akola, Maharashtra from 2022 to till now, for our esteemed client M/s Rajpath Infracon Pvt Ltd, Metso make 250 TPH Crushing Plant Three Stage Operation & Production is in progress.
